Fees
- Basic minimal fee of € 130.00 (one hundred and thirty Euro) for daily service up to three hours for groups not exceeding 28 people;

Additional charge of € 2.50 (two Euro fifty cents) for every person exceeding 28 people;
- Additional charge for any extra hour amounting to 1/3 of the total fee (basic + number of persons);
- 15% additional charge on the basic fee for services accomplished during non-working days (Sundays and holidays);
- 15% additional charge on the basic fee for services accomplished from 20.00 pm to 07.00 am;
- 25% additional charge on the basic fee for a second language, if requested.
Services in the countryside of Rome
Province of Rome: Tivoli, Ostia, Cerveteri, Castelli Romani, etc.
These
are normally done in 4 (four) hours. In case the tourist guide has to leave or reach the group in the aforementioned surroundings, the time necessary for travelling is estimated to be of 1 (one) hour and will be included in the duration of the tour.
Payments
The Centro Guide/SNGT carries on a no profit, representative activity. Therefore, the fee due for the service must be paid by cash or by transfer order directly to the tourist guide, with no additional costs, according to the aforementioned fees.
Cancellations
If the required services are cancelled previous to 24 hours, the BASIC FEE will be paid to the tourist guide; if services are cancelled with no previous notice the WHOLE AMOUNT ESTIMATED will be paid to the guide.
